facilities. These documents govern the use of any and all of the
facilities of the St. Luke's Lutheran Church. The documents must be
adhered to by any individual, any group or any organization making a
request to use the facilities of St. Luke's Lutheran Church. For any and
all requests, please read the Facilities Use Document and then complete
the Facilities Use Contract Form, print the form and mail, or return the
form via email to any member of the Facilities Use Committee as listed
